Why aren't my updates on third party services showing on Flavors?

In order to provide the fastest and smoothest experience for your visitors, we periodically cache your services content on our servers. This means that any updates made on the third party services (such as Facebook and Twitter) can take up to 24 hours to update. Each service has its own timeframe for cache updates, which means some might take longer than others. If the content has still not updated, there might be a problem with that service and we would recommend manually refreshing the data or removing it and re-adding it to your Flavors page.
